These amazing 360 degree pictures have been produced to allow you to see the current status of the building works in our new building.  You will need to use your imagination to visualise the final finishes which will be in place by the time we move, but the pictures will allow you to follow progress at various times throughout the life of the project.  There will be different pictures at 3 different stages of the project, so you can see the inside the progress of the work in our new building.  I hope you enjoy viewing the pictures.

Reception area

This area will become the reception to the building, as you can see there is a significant amount of work to be completed, but you will be amazed by the final results. You will see the staircase which has glazed panels, this is currently protected so that it is not used during the build period, this keeps it safe from damage. The wall area will be plastered, painted and will eventually be lit with orange glowing lights and the Centrica Business Services logo will be prominent in the space. There will also be a reception desk in this area, this will provide our new building with the facilities to greet visitors in a professional manner. This area will also house 2 fish tanks, a visitors seating area and a plasma screen showing business news. There are 4 lifts in the building, these will carry you up to the 1st and 2nd floors, but there are also 7 staircases within our building which you can use if you prefer. The rear of this space will be where the facilities and security rooms will be located, currently the walls for these rooms are not in place. This area will lead you into the restaurant area to the right, and the meeting rooms and training room to the left.

The restaurant area

Well this really doesn't look like it will ever become a great facility, which I am sure your looking forward to using.  But believe me, it will be like magic when you see the final results.  There will be seating for 240 people, A cyber bar where you will be able to use the internet.  A zone for table football, A plasma screen playing Music and Video, A Coffee shop, A small convenience store, where you will also be able to drop off and collect dry cleaning and of course a restaurant servery area. The pipes you can see coming out of the floor are for the services which are already in place, these include drainage, water, gas, electricity etc  All those requirements necessary to run the kitchen area. This really is the start of of the work in this area, and I hope you will be able to see the progress in this area when the next edition of 360 degree pictures are taken.

Office area

This picture shows one of the wings of the main office area.  As you can see the ceilings are in place, the lighting is also up and running.  The raised floors are also completed, this is one of the main differences between Spinneyside and Thames Tower, all the cables & wires etc. will be under the floors. You will see all the windows in this area this will ensure the workspace is very light and airy. This area doesn't need as much work as the ground floor the main work is this area consists of fitting the carpets, fitting blinds to the windows and installing the furniture.

Upper floor lobby

This area is outside of lifts on the 1st floor, as you exit the lifts you will see a plasma screen showing you information about the business. The rear of this area will become the vending/breakout areas (the wall are not yet built) and can be accessed from the lobby and the main work areas. The vending/breakout area will also house a fish tank and some funky seating for when you need to take a break and grab a coffee. You will also have the opportunity to listen to a CD on the listening posts.
