Please find below the latest phase of 360 degree photographs, these pictures show the progress made within our new building to date. You will see it still looks like there is a long way to go, but believe me it will all come together before we move in. There has been a massive amount of work completed which is mainly above the ceiling and under the floor which is difficult to show in these pictures. I hope you enjoy the photographs and if you have any questions regarding the project, please contact me on

Meeting room / Training room area

This picture shows the wing of our building which consists of a number of training rooms and meetings room. We will also have a 70 seat auditorium which will be great for our business briefings and large presentations. As you can see, most of the partition walls are now in place although there is still quite a bit of work to do. When we took possession of this area, it was just a concrete shell and now all of the mechanical and electrical installation has taken place, data cabling has been completed and the raised floor installed. Most of the meeting rooms will have glass doors and acoustic panels have been installed above the ceiling and under the floors to help reduce any noise travelling between the rooms. This area will be decorated with our CBS values in mind.

1st Floor Comms Room

This picture shows the 1st floor west where some of you may be sitting in a few months time. The area may not look very different to phase one of the 360 degree photos, but a massive amount of work has been completed under the raised floors and above the ceiling. You will also see the large comms room which has been constructed and will have glazing along the wall. The comms rooms have been designed to the highest specification to reduce any risks to our business.

The holes are now been drilled in the floor to allow cables to raise through the floor to feed into the desks. Once the holes are cut, the carpet, which has already been delivered to site, can start to be laid.

Vending / Breakout Area

This photo shows the vending and breakout area on the 1st floor, All the partition walls have been constructed and now need to be decorated and flooring laid. This is the area where the listening posts will be located, along with softer seating and bar stools which will allow you to grab a coffee and relax for a few minutes. The view out of the window will overlook the bluebell woods. However, you will notice this view is currently obstructed by the large crane which is being used to lift large plant items onto the roof which help the building run. This consists of air conditioning units, air handling units and lots of other technical plant equipment.

1st Floor East

This area again has had a massive amount of cabling installed under floor, the cabling within the building equates to something like 400 kilometres, which is pretty impressive. You will see the small hub room has been constructed which will house IT equipment. The large wooden construction you can see on the floor, is actually a ceiling feature which needs to be fitted to the ceiling. This feature area will form the touchdown areas, where laptop users can log in, as well as information points for Health and Safety information. It has been designed into a ying yang design which follows the design theory of good energy flow.
